FIRST ON RADAR: The Hoff Taken To Court By Ex Wife's Attorney Over $$$$

Baywatch hunk David Hasselhoff has been taken to court by one of his ex-wife's attorneys seeking payment for unpaid legal fees, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Pamela Bach reportedly did not pay her former attorney Gary Mitchell $35,260. Now Mitchell is going after Hasselhoff for payment.

In court papers filed on May 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Hasselhoff responds by saying  that Mitchell needs to go after Bach for the money and not him. Hoff says he paid Pamela Bach  approximately one million dollars, plus half of their Encino, California estate. Hasselhoff  says Mitchell needs to go after Bach for the money, and not him.

It's also noted in the court documents that Bach has used more than 13 lawyers.

Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 43, were married in December 1989. He filed for divorce in January 2006 and their divorce became final last August.

Just recently Hasselhoff was rushed to Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Hospital suffering from alcohol poisoning. He was found unconscious on the floor of his San Fernando Valley home. The story was exclusively reported by RadarOnline.com
