EXCLUSIVE: Woman Requests Temporary Restraining Order Against Ryan O'Neal

When it rains it pours for Ryan O’Neal. The same week the actor opened up about being face-to-face with the mortality of longtime love Farrah Fawcett, a “family friend” has requested a temporary restraining order to be issued against him.

In papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, the woman Dania Marin, 20, cites an incident on May 6 when O’Neal called and asked her inappropriate questions. “He asked me if I wanted to masturbate with him. Offered me a car back if I would engage with him,’ she wrote in the papers filed to the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 8.

When contacted by RadarOnline.com, Marin would only offer: “He freaked me out. I filed the retraining order because I was afraid that he knew where I lived or would come to my house. He’s old enough to be my grandfather.”

In her request, she asks that O’Neal stay at least fifty yards away from her and to refrain from any contact. Marin also revealed that she did not give O’Neal notice of the orders since she was afraid he would "retaliate".
