EXCLUSIVE: Adnan Ghalib Denies Injuring Process Server

Britney Spears former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has finally responded to a civil damages lawsuit filed against him earlier this year by Ram Moskowitz, a process server who claims the paparazzo hit him with his car.
In legal papers filed last night in Los Angeles and obtained by RadarOnline.com, Ghalib denies “each and every allegation” made against him by Moskowitz.
Moskowitz was trying to serve Ghalib with a summons on behalf of The Conservatorship of Britney Jean Spears when the incident occurred.
At the time her legal team was attempting to get a restraining order against him.
Ghalib never did fight the restraining order which was issued against him along with fellow Britney hanger-on Sam Lutfi and attorney John Eardley.
Ironically, earlier today RadarOnline.com learned that the Conservatorship is now going against the trio for recovery of its legal expenses in the matter of the restraining orders.
