Superstar Cher proved she really can "Turn Back Time” after she was photographed at a charity event in Las Vegas wearing one of her more infamous figure-hugging outfits: a black sheer body-suit she first wore nearly 20 years ago!

The 62-year-old looked sensational in the lace and gem-encrusted number that she first sported 17 years ago at a concert in Berlin, Germany.

The eternally youthful looking performer has confessed to several plastic surgeries over the years and she does have her 38-year-old biker boyfriend Tim Medvetz on hand to keep her feeling vital too.

She said: “Everyone says I am terrified of getting old, but the truth is that in my job becoming old and becoming extinct are one and the same thing, and becoming obsolete and useless is completely unattractive to me." (Photo: Getty Images)
