Carrie Prejean's brother, Billy Arnone, is denying reports that he's a skinhead, calling it "complete lies." In a video posted on YouTube, Arnone --a tattoo covered BMX racer --says he and Carrie were raised in a good house with a loving family.
Calling it a "bad dream," Arnone is also speaking out about the controversy surrounding his sister , the reigning Miss California , who learned Tuesday she will not be stripped of her crown.
Arnone says Carrie is a "tough girl" and that she should have won the Miss USA pageant. She came in second.
He says a pageant judge "put her on the spot on national television" when he asked her a controversial question about gay marriage at the pageant last month in Las Vegas. He says she did nothing wrong when she answered truthfully.
Regarding reports that Carrie dated Olympic swimming star Michael Phelps, Arnone says he doesn't think it ' s true. He says they are just good friends who met up a couple of times.
The video interview with Arnone was posted on YouTube six days ago by a company that sponsers his BMX racing.
Earlier, RadarOnline.com reported that Donald Trump has decided to let Carrie retain her title as Miss California despite growing controversy about semi-nude photos of her, and her stand against gay marriage.
