  • UPDATE: The judge has set a date of June 11th for O'Ryan's preliminary hearing.

The accused stalker of Olympic superstar Shawn Johnson has a date with a judge.

Today, a judge is expected to tell Robert O'Ryan,34, when his preliminary hearing will be held. That will be a critical court hearing for O'Ryan, because at that time, the judge will rule if there is enough evidence to make him stand trial.

O' Ryan, 34, was arrested on March 24 after security guards detained him for trespassing on the set of Dancing With The Stars at the CBS Studios.  Police said they subsequently found two loaded guns, duct tape, love letters, press clippings and a map in his vehicle.

The Yullee, Fla. man has pleaded not guilty to charges of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle; Johnson ,17, was granted a three-year restraining order against him earlier this month based on the incident.

O' Ryan is being held on $220,000 bail.
