Style War: Nicky Hilton's feather fab vs. Katy Perry's peafowl

Nicky Hilton stepped out in Vegas Saturday night, wearing the same blue Matthew Williamson for H&M peacock inspired print dress that Katy Perry fowled up at Paper Magazine's Beautiful People Party last week.
Perry tacked out the dress with black tights, a pink metallic lips clutch, and metallic peep-toe pumps, whereas Hilton wore a more fitted
version of the 3/4 sleeve colorful frock, matching it with jazzy blue heels and and up-do.
