Springsteen’s Wife Skips His Show
April 22 2009, Published 10:30 a.m. ET
Just weeks after cheating allegations surfaced in court papers, Bruce Springsteen’s wife Patti Scialfa was a no-show at his Boston concert last night.
Arthur Kelly charged that his wife Ann was having an affair with The Boss, in divorce papers filed March 27. Springsteen later issued a public statement saying his marriage was fine.
But Thursday night at TD Banknorth Garden the absence of Scialfa was noticeable enough that Bruce addressed it. He told the crowd that Patti had fallen off a horse and would be back in a few weeks.
