Rumor Patrol: Gossip Girl Star Under Attack for Weight Gain? Not so!

Usually, it’s the girls who get the bulk of attention when they bulk up. But according to reports, Gossip Girls star Ed Westwick is feeling the heat for supposedly packing on the pounds. Sources close to the actor and show tell RadarOnline.com that those reports are pure fiction.

A set source laughed at the story: “That’s the first I’ve heard of that. We’re not even in production. We wrapped last month.” The story said show producers were stepping in to talk to Westwick after the costume department had to buy the actor new pants. Westwick’s shirts and jackets apparently also got too snug.

Another source who works with the actor says regardless of any added weight, Westwick is still a dreamboat:  “As far as I know, he looks gorgeous!”
