Redmond O'Neal Back In Court Wednesday

Redmond O'Neal, the troubled son of Ryan O'Neal and ailing Farrah Fawcett, will appear in a Santa Clarita courthouse Wednesday morning to hear the charges filed against him stemming from an April 5 incident in which he allegedly brought heroin onto the grounds of a Los Angeles County jail.
The 24-year-old was granted a rare, three-hour release from custody Saturday to visit Fawcett, whose health, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned, worsened Monday. The family paid $1,300 for the visit, which Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said is traditionally granted when the inmates have a family funeral to attend, or relatives who are gravely ill.
Fawcett's doctor recently stated publicly that the cancer she's been suffering from since 2006 had spread to her liver and metastasized. He stated that the actress weighs 101 pounds, but Redmond, in a court hearing, said his mother weighs 86 pounds. She is 62-years-old.
"Right now," a source told RadarOnline.com Tuesday evening of Fawcett's condition, "Ryan and other close friends are staying by her side."
