Only On Radar: Redmond O'Neal Bolts Rehab

After getting the boot from a Venice rehab facility Wednesday afternoon, Redmond O'Neal -- the troubled son of actors Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett, wound up spending the evening at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The 24-year-old recently entered a not guilty plea in connection with his arrest on Sept. 17th of last year, when he was booked with his father on alleged methamphetamine possession charges. Redmond said he was booted from the Clearview Treatment Center in Venice at about 3 p.m. for "a dirty test," according to a source.

Redmond -- who has been in and out of drug rehab for years -- had been enrolled in the rehab as part of a sentence for another drug-related charge. His absence from rehab is a parole violation, the source said.
