Mel B Sells Mansion For Over Listing Price!

In an era when most people are having difficulty selling their home, former Spice Girl Mel B has sold her Los Angeles mansion for $140,000 over the asking price!
The 3,476 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was listed for $2,999,999 (what? not $3,000,000?) but just sold for $3,140,000.
The home recently underwent a $1,000,000 makeover and features lush landscaping, an eight camera security system, pool, spa, and Viking outdoor kitchen. It even has three waterfalls and a breaktaking view of the city and ocean!
Mel B purchased the home in August 2007 for an even $3,000,000. Mel and hubby Stephen Belafonte are reportedly hoping to expand their family and are currently looking for an even larger home in the L.A. area.
