EXCLUSIVE: More Legal Troubles for Tom Sizemore

Actor and amateur filmmaker Tom Sizemore has more legal woes ahead of him—an attorney employed by the Saving Private Ryan star is suing him for breach of contract and fraud.
Attorney Gabriel Castellanos, put on retainer by Sizemore in January 2005 and later fired in September ‘06, alleges that not only is Sizemore in breach for not ponying up $74,000 in fees, but that the actor never intended to pay in the first place.
Castellanos claims the actor “misrepresented and fraudulently induced” him into providing legal services with no intent to compensate him, according to documents filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court.
This suit comes just weeks after Sizemore was accused of stealing cell phones and office supplies form a Los Angeles Verizon Wireless store. His current attorneys declined to comment on the allegations.
