EXCLUSIVE: David Caruso Blasts Back After Ex-Lover’s Lawsuit

David Caruso is fighting back against the mother of his two children after she filed a lawsuit filled with shocking charges against him on Thursday.
A representative for the CSI: Miami star told RadarOnline.com that the suit from Liza Marquez is in retaliation for David’s concerns about their children.
"Last month David became concerned about the welfare of his children and sought court assistance to redefine David's and Liza's custodial schedules,” Caruso’s rep said. “It now appears that Liza has decided to retaliate by raising false claims against David, which David finds unfortunate since these claims will divert the parties' and the court's attention away from the best interests of the children."

Marquez charged Caruso with reneging on promises to take care of her and backing out of a $1 million deal he had agreed to. She threw in a healthy dose of explosive charges, including claims of constant emotional abuse and says she found a 1970s porn collection under his bed.
