Update: Casey Aldridge in Stable Condition After Surgical Procedure

Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' 10-month-old daughter, was rushed into a surgical procedure Sunday to drain fluid from his brain, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
A source close to the situation revealed that Casey was hurt badly when he crashed his Ford F series truck at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday, on Route 606 (a rural state highway) 80 miles outside of Monroe, La.
Casey, who will turn 20 in three days, was with four male friend who weren't hurt as badly. One suffered a broken collar bone, a source tells us.

Jamie Lynn, younger sister of Britney Spears, rushed to the hospital to be with him.
