So that’s how he gets all the ladies! David Spade is set to earn a lot of cash this summer after putting his Malibu beach home up for rent at a whopping $65,000 per month.
The 4 bed, 3.5 baths property is perched on La Costa Beach and boasts a beautiful pool and private patios with stunning ocean views. There are also a spa, sauna, glassed sun porch, open plan living and dining rooms, a designer kitchen, garage for two cars, and four huge fireplaces.

Another bonus: potential renters might get a peek at his celebrity neighbors who include Charlize Theron and Leonardo DiCaprio.
The pint-sized comic previously had the property up for sale at $17 million but there were no takers in the current economic downturn.
But don’t feel too bad for Mr Spade. He’s reportedly being paid a six-figure sum for playing a dozen stand-up gigs at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas for the next two months.
