U2 has officially taken over the world. The Irish lads are in New York City this week promoting their critically acclaimed new album, "No Line On The Horizon," and will be appearing all week on The David Letterman Show.
Mayor Bloomberg proclaimed 53rd Street will be temporarily changed for this week, and will be called U2 Way. The Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway and 53rd is where The David Letterman Show is taped.
It was a very chilly New York City morning but that didn't stop throngs of fans from braving the harsh weather elements to view this historical musical moment.
David Letterman and Paul Shaffer may be out of jobs very soon as U2 is invading their turf!
