Ready, Set, Vacation!

Between taping, filming, recording -- and don’t forget about that homework --  young stars don’t have downtime, let alone time to take a vacation but we’ve tracked some of the most popular mini-vaca spots for this crowd.

Miley Cyrus likes to vacation in Hawaii but rarely has enough time; in fact, she celebrated her Sweet Sixteen close-by at Disneyland and when she has a break in her schedule, jumps on her private jet to her second home in Nashville.

London is where Jessica Szohr (Vanessa on Gossip Girl) favors, but she’s a lso been spotted on the pristine beaches of Jamaica.

World-wide sensation the Jonas Brothers hang out at the Atlantis resort when they can, where they book a suite that connects the two towers. Catch them poolside. Britney’s little sis, Jamie Lynn Spears also blogs about how much she “loves” Atlantis on her blog. We looooveed her in Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101.

Says hunky 21-year-old Daren Kagasoff, who plays Ricky Underwood on The Secret Life of the American Teenager, “We’ve been shooting non-stop since April so I haven’t really had much time off.” However, when spare time does come up, he likes the hot weather and ocean setting of Cabo San Lucas.

Hawaii is by far the first choice for most Hollywood actors, if only because of location (five hours from L.A.). Shia LaBeouf, 22-year-old Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star, an L.A. native, stayed at the Kahala Hotel & Resort on Oahu.
