Robert O’Ryan, who is charged with stalking Dancing With the Stars contestant Shawn Johnson, is being held at the notorious Twin Towers prison in Los Angeles. But sources reveal to RadarOnline.com that despite his higher profile, O’Ryan, 34, has not been placed under isolation and is not getting any preferential treatment.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “We have not been instructed to place him in isolation for his own protection. He will either be sleeping in one of our dorms, that contain around 40 beds, or with another prisoner in a shared cell.”
O’Ryan pleaded not guilty to the felony stalking count, as well as to two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, in a Los Angeles court on Thursday. On Tuesday, he tried to jump a security fence surrounding the Los Angeles set where the hit ABC show is taped. When police officers searched his car, they found a loaded shotgun and handgun, zip ties, duct tape and love letters he penned to Johnson.
