Chiseled abs plus an intense stare seems like the basic requirements needed to fit into the good-looking Twilight cast. Alex Meraz, the latest addition to the series sequel New Moon, fits the bill perfectly.

According to his friend and mentor Raoul Trujillo, the actor is ready for his shot at stardom and has already gotten a taste of the attention due to his good looks.
"Everywhere we go people are always saying, 'Good God, who is your friend,'" he told Celebuzz.com. “This is only going to be scarier now."
Trujillo also revealed that Meraz already has one A-list endorsement: Colin Farrell. Meraz worked on the film New World and gave an impromptu dance performance at the wrap party. “Colin was just sitting and watching cross-legged all ga-ga going, ‘Oh my God.’” From one look at his photos- Oh My God indeed!
