Michael Jackson, rejuvenated by a 50-date stretch of sold-out London concerts, has invited Harry Potter mainstays Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint all-access passes for the opening night of the series.

"Michael is a huge fan of the Harry Potter books and films," a source told the UK Sun. "He was utterly enchanted by the magic of J.K. Rowling's novels. The tales of Harry and his pals in the books gripped him. He has followed them all religiously."

The source said that the pop star is an avid Potter fan and collects mementos from the popular franchise.

Jackson's generosity have a slight "quid pro quo" tinge to it: the source said Jackson has shown "an interest in going to the premiere for the final installment of the Potter films."

The Sun noted that Jackson has long shown a fondness for sparking acquaintances with young show business talents, as evidenced by his well-publicized friendships with Webster's Emmanuel Lewis and Home Alone's Macaulay Culkin. (Jackson: WENN)
