Pete Wentz Gets in Hot Water With Wife Ashlee Simpson

Proving all was well in marital land despite rampant breakup rumors, Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson recently locked lips on stage at an awards show. Despite the love fest, even they aren’t immune to the occasional relationship road bump. The rocker recently got in hot water with his wife over, of all things, twitter!
“Dear twitter, you get me in trouble with my wife,” he wrote on Saturday. Apparently, Wentz (who has been on tour with his band Fall Out Boy) had told Simpson he was going to bed but was soon caught red-handed when she noticed he was still on the internet.
“I say text I’m going to be then ’13 minutes’ later I got tell @markhoppus some bad joke.” Whoops!
