She also provides details of her day and how she is managing to take care of all of her children - on very little sleep. In her most personal interview yet, she talks about what she prays for and how she's coping.
"Most people are very critical," she told RadarOnline.com on today's video diary. "How easy is it to judge someone, label them. It's very easy and it's human nature to do that. I actually don't judge others."
