Mariah and Nick’s Love Nest

The times may be hard, but they don’t seem to be getting Mariah Carey down. The pop superstar is supposedly bidding on a $125 million dollar love nest for her and husband Nick Cannon.

The twelve bedroom, fifteen bath mansion known as “Fleur De Lys” is located in Holmby Hills, Calif.- the same neighborhood as the Playboy Mansion. The 35,000 spread is up for grabs following the messy divorce between Texan billionaire David Saperstein and his wife Suzanne.

“I cannot comment on if Mariah has put in a bid because she is a very private person but it is a spectacular property,” Joyce Rey, the realtor, told RadarOnline.com. “The mansion has been on sale for just over a year and although these are difficult times various people from different countries including the US have expressed an interest.”

The amazing home boasts some unique features including a ballroom, fifty seat screening room, pool house with a kitchen, massage room, gym, staff quarters for ten, a nine car garage and a three-quarter mile jogging track. The five acres of landscaped grounds also contain a massive swimming pool and a huge trampoline.
