Madonna Voted Worst Dressed by PETA

They may have a different standard of fashion then most critics, but PETA and thousands of voters on PETA.org singled out it's list of whose clothing choices didn't make the cut.
"The poll was launched almost a month ago. Initially Demi and Ashton were in the lead because Demi wore a lot of fur all winter and Ashton wore a hideous coyote coat at Sundance." Michael McGraw, director of media relations for the organization, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The Material Girl should have chosen, well, better material, since she tops the list.
"In the past couple of weeks Madonna has been seen in fur and her votes sky rocketed making her the worst dressed. She had 3 times more votes than anyone else on the list," he adds.
The organization's full list and comments are below:
Madonna
When you see Madonna in fur, you realize why nobody has copied her style since 1984. We know that she's on the prowl for a young cub, but someone needs to tell Madge that wearing fur doesn't make you a cougar.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen
Because fur adds 20 years and 20 pounds, maybe Mary-Kate and Ashley think their matronly wardrobe will deflect the gossip about bulimia. Somewhere, someone is missing a matching pair of Bigfoot bobblehead dolls.
Maggie Gyllenhaal
"Maggot" has gone from being lost in her brother's shadow to being lost inside some really ugly fur coats. Where is her fashion sense? Maybe Christian Bale dropped her on her head during an action sequence in The Dark Knight.
Kanye West
Kanye rants about not winning Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards, but what he really deserves is a "lifetime bereavement award" for all the corpses in his closet. Kanye, we love the quirky suits, but you can't claim to be "the voice of this generation" while flaunting fur, which is old-school and cruel.
Elizabeth Hurley
Elizabeth Wholey? Instead of flaunting the remains of animals, this faded siren should focus on the remains of her career. She made us want to hurley when we saw her pimping for furriers in those desperate ads.
Runners-up included Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Mary J. Blige, and Kate Moss. For more information and to see a complete list of celebrities who were in the running, please visit PETA's Web site FurIsDead.com
