Madonna Looking To Adopt Again

Madonna might be looking to add another member to her family.
The 50-year-old pop superstar -- already mother to 3-year-old adopted son, David; 8-year-old son, Rocco; and 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes -- has filed adoption papers in the African country of Malawi, the AP reported Thursday.
A subsequent report from timesonline.co.uk revealed that the singer was preparing to visit the country as early as this weekend.
Madonna's lawyer later confirmed the reports, the Web site reported, and a court could hear her adoption case as soon as early next week.
Madonna raised eyebrows last year when she adopted son David, also from Malawi. The singer came under scrutiny as to whether rules were broken on her behalf (adoptions for foreigners or single/divorced parents are traditionally forbidden under the country's rules). A Malawi welfare official, according to the AP, said that each case is considered by merit.
