The exclusive RadarOnline.com photos showing Anna Nicole’s shrink snorting a white substance could send her to prison and be vital evidence against her in a reopened criminal probe into the star’s death.
Khristine Eroshevich is captured in a cocaine scandal, snorting white powder with many other chopped lines waiting on a mirror. Legal expert and Denver trial attorney Craig Silverman told us that the RadarOnline.com photos could spell big trouble for the doc in Florida’s reopened investigation.
“These are explosive photographs and could be used in this latest investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith,” Silverman said. “Pictures are worth a thousand words. These images are strong circumstantial evidence against Khristine Eroshevich that she was using unlawful drugs.”

“It is conceivable that Eroshvich, along with Howard K. Stern and Dr. Kapoor, could all face homicide charges with regard to the unlawful death of Miss Smith,” Silverman said.
“And this could result in them being sent to jail for anywhere up to 10 years depending on where the case is finally heard.
“This psychiatrist has three main problems. Criminal liability for her own use of a criminal substance, the risk of losing her own medical license and now, a potential liability in the death of Anna Nicole resulting in both criminal and civil liability.
Eroshevich, Smith’s attorney Howard K. Stern, and doctor Sandeep Kapoor have all been indicted in connection with supplying drugs to Anna Nicole.
