Lance Armstrong Hospitalized After Crash In Race

Biking superstar Lance Armstrong was involved in a serious accident today during a race in Spain.
Armstrong, a seven-time Tour De France champion and cancer survivor, was taken to Rio Carrion hospital via ambulance, and might have injured his collarbone after crashing in a pile-up during the first day of a five-day race.
Armstrong was seen grimacing and trying to hold his right arm as he entered the ambulance.

Armstrong, 37, planning on a comeback, was racing with the Astana team in Vuelta of Castilla and Leon race when the collision occurred.
In all, about 15 to 20 riders fell.
