Knightley Donates Organs

The Pirates of the Caribbean actress -- who turns 24 later this month -- plays one of three young people who were raised in a boarding school having no contact with the outside world until they learn they are clones grown so their organs can be harvested.

The flick goes before the cameras next month in London and in Norfolk, England.
Knightley is also set to star in a remake of My Fair Lady, playing Cockney flower-girl-turned-society-star Eliza Doolittle.
