Fashionable In Black Or Blacklisted

Who wrote the memo? Over the past few days stars have been hitting the town coast to coast dressed seemingly safe in all black ensembles. For fashion newbies and veterans alike, a black dress has become such a staple that a phrase has been coined "simple black dress", but is it really that simple to dress in black?
Although you don't need to consider color patterns or matching colors when dressing in black, it is stylistically a necessity to consider the accessories, cut, and overall fit of the garment or garments. While it is true that black is slimming, the notion of just throwing on something that is black as a "safe" option must be forgotten.
There is a way to wear black and rock black, but it is not as easy as 1-2-3. The wearing black instructions should be: to wear black "safely", dress in black simply and to sport black fashionably, coordinate! Even Hollywood stars that spend hours a week with stylists and wardrobe consultants don't always get black right, some hit the look and some miss it!
Check out some celebs over the past few days that wore black fabulously and celebs that are (as of today) fashionably blacklisted!
