Jermaine Jackson's child support battle just turned into a war - his lawyer told RadarOnline.com that Jermaine's wife is a bigamist!

Gary Mitchell, Jackson's attorney, says Alejandra Jackson told RadarOnline.com: "Alejandra was married at the time she married Jermaine. This is why Jermaine doesn't pay spousal support."

Mitchell was in court today representing Jermaine, 54, in his attempt to lower his child support payments.

Mitchell told the court: "Jermaine supports all five children living in the house, and she hasn't sought to get any support from the other fathers, she is only going after Jermaine." Alejandra has three other children with at least two different men.

Michael's older brother earned only $10,700 last year his lawyer told the judge. He currently pays $3000 per month in child support and wants that lowered to $300 per month.

The matter has been continued until May 4.

Meanwhile, Mitchell says the battle may grow more heated, telling RadarOnline.com: "Jermaine is still considering filing for full custody.  There will most likely be a custody hearing in the future."
