Disney Star Wins Porn Ad Court Fight

Disney star Brenda Song has won a $100-grand judgment in her lawsuit against Vibe Media Inc after the company posted a picture of Brenda from her website for an adult escort agency ad in the back of an issue of LA Weekly.
Disney lawyers were not pleased with the use of Song's copyrighted image for advertising adult activities. A rep from Disney said "This is an unauthorized use of Brenda Song's image and her personal attorney has issued a cease and desist to the advertiser."
