A Florida man, who allegedly stalked Dancing With The Stars contestant Shawn Johnson, is in custody on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public, after he tried to jump a fence onto the CBS Studios lot to meet the Olympian gymnast, authorities tell RadarOnline.com.

"On March 23rd, LAPD Wilshire Division responded to the block of 7800 Beverly Blvd," police told RadarOnline.com. "Security had called regarding a person that was trespassing. Security was holding the suspect, 34-year-old Robert O'Ryan of Florida. The LAPD searched the suspect's car, and they found several firearms. The suspect was arrested for illegally possessing firearms and he is currently being held on $35,000 bail."

When searching O'Ryan's vehicle, police said they found a loaded handgun and shotgun, as well as duct tape and love letters. CBS security guards reported they found an expired concealed weapons permit in the vehicle.

RadarOnline.com has learned that a restraining order has been issued against the man, and could be extended in a hearing next month. Johnson's mother Teri said in a sworn statement that officials told her O'Ryan believes he was meant to have a child with her daughter, Shawn. The statement claimed the Olympian is in fear of her life because of O'Ryan's actions.

Los Angeles police say O'Ryan is currently being held at the LAPD Wilshire Division; no mug shot has been released. (Photo: WENN)
