Chris Brown To Face Judge Thursday

Chris Brown is expected to be in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom Thursday morning for the first time on allegations that he beat his girlfriend, pop star Rihanna.
Brown is expected to face felony charges and the case is expected to be continued, a source close to the case tells RadarOnline.com. As RadarOnline.com was first to report, the case has been turned over to the L.A. County district attorney's office.

The R&B star was arrested February 8th on suspicion of criminal threats and is free on $50,000 bail. Prosecutors have not charged him, but he must return to court as part of his bail release. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office declined to say when or if Brown would be charged.
