Former Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson had a scare with the LAPD earlier this morning he tells RadarOnline.com.

Here's what Jeremy told us went down.

"Late last night I was driving back to my hotel from acting class in my new Lamborghini, when I pulled into the parking lot, I accidentally scrapped the bottom of my new car.

"I was mad at myself for scrapping my new car, one thing lead to another and I had some words with my girlfriend unfortunately some people must have heard us as we were walking back up to our room.

"When we got into our room I was still mad, I threw down the luggage and it knocked up against the door of the adjoining room.

"Some hotel guests must have heard it and called the police believing that there was some sort of a domestic violence going on.

"A short time later when my girlfriend and I were in bed, we heard a knock at the door.

"When we answered there were 5 LAPD officers, they came into the room and put me in handcuffs.

"A female officer took my girlfriend into the bathroom to check her out to make sure there weren’t any signs of domestic violence. “I explained to the cops about the noise and why I was mad. After about 20 minutes when the police realized it was nothing, they left.

“I don’t fault the LAPD for reacting the way they did in light of the Chris Brown / Rihanna drama.

“I would never hit a girl; I was raised in abusive household.”
