Team Britney Back In Court

Britney's lawyers are back in court in Los Angeles... and so is RadarOnline.com. An attorney representing Brit's former manager Johnny Wright wants the pop star deposed as part of a music lawsuit filed down in Florida.
Wright is suing he singer for more than $15,000, alleging Spears has failed to pay for work he helped produce.
The attorney argues that Britney is competent enough to field questions about her music career for up to four hours.

Brit's legal team is fighting the deposition.
Wright's attorney says they will be back in court in August to revisit Britney's deposition... the matter is set for trial in 2010 in Florida.
