Swayze Still Truckin' - and Smoking

A gaunt Patrick Swayze hasn't given up his fight against cancer - or smoking.

RadarOnline.com obtained exclusive video of the first public sighting of the star in more than a month and his face appears thinner amid new reports that he has dropped a substantial amount of weight.

Swayze is battling pancreatic cancer and was videotaped Feb. 2 on a public street. His wife Lisa was driving and they were in front of Danielle's Wood Fired Pizza on Laurel Canyon Blvd. where Lisa grabbed some to-go food.

Patrick recently signed a book deal and his wife will reportedly help him with the project. Patrick smoked while waiting for her.
