Sources: Deal In The Works For Chris Brown

It looks like Chris Brown is going to escape jail in the Rihanna beating incident, sources close to the situation tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The case has been complicated - and perhaps compromised - by the leak of the photo showing Rihanna's badly bruised face after the incident.
LA police had given the case to the district attorney's office, but that office kicked it back prior to the leak of the photo. Now talks are ongoing between all parties and there is a deal being seriously discussed which involves no jail time for Brown. People close to the case say it is going to be very difficult to bring felony charges against Brown, and misdemeanor charges are far more likely.
Things could change but many people close to the situation believe the jury pool has been tainted by the photo's publication.
