Pop star Rihanna is cooperating with police as they build a domestic violence case against her boyfriend, R&B singer Chris Brown. According to the L.A. Times, Rihanna is providing "ongoing" cooperation to detectives who , at this time, have only arrested Brown on suspicion of making criminal threats.
As RadarOnline.com earlier reported, Brown allegedly got into a heated altercation with Rihanna Sunday night in a ritzy L.A. neighborhood.
The fight happened after midnight on a quiet block in Hancock Park, where Brown had stopped a rented Lamborghini he was driving. According to police, several people saw or heard a loud, violent confrontation. Rihanna suffered "visible injuries" and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment where she was heard screaming, according to an eyewitness who spoke exclusively with RadarOnline.com.
Brown remains free after posting $50,000 bail. He is scheduled back in court on March 5th.
