Britney Spears' ex-manager Sam Lutfi was one of the persons to be named in a restraining order by Britney's lawyers, and only RadarOnline.com was there when the papers were being served to Sam. The process server attempted to get Lufti to buzz him in but got no answer, as Lufti hasn't been seen publicly since the restraining order was granted against him and Adnan Ghalib Feb. 1.

Read the restraining order here.

Britney's dad Jamie Spears was scheduled to be in court tomorrow, but bumped up the date and alleges in a sworn statement that Lufti contacted him shortly after an anonymous woman told him via instant messenger that she was going to make public damaging information about the Spears' clan. Adnan, Britney's ex-boyfriend, has been phoning Britney, according to Jamie.

The full story of Adnan, Lufti and Britney's interaction is here.

The process server at Lufti's apartment tried to deny he was there to serve Sam, but a RadarOnline.com reporter saw the papers and yes, they had Sam's name on them!

Britney, meanwhile, continues to get ready for her comeback tour and has gotten in killer shape, as you can see here.
