Paris Hilton is enjoying celebrating her birthday so much that she had a third birthday party.

This latest bash was Tuesday night at 1Oak, the New York City hotspot. Princess P looked radiant in a sexy black Phillip Bloch dress. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Paris celebrated her 28th birthday first on Friday the 13th, and then at a party at Butter on Monday night.
