(Photo: Splash Photo Agency) Eartha Kitt purred her way into the hearts of generation after generation, but on Oscar Sunday, she was not included in the show "In Memoriam" segment which pays tribute to performers who passed away during the year.
Radaronline.com spoke with Ms. Kitt's representative and friend Andrew Freedman who says:"It was an oversight that one would not have expected from the gold standard of award shows. Eartha Kitt was honored at the Sag Awards, The Grammy's, The Essence Luncheon, and The NAACP Image Awards, so it came as a surprise that she was not included in the Oscar telecast."
