She's the lady who throws a 3 minute fit at the Hong Kong airport after missing a flight to San Francisco. The video was reportedly shot by an employee of Cathay Pacific

passenger doors had already been closed and the crew was preparing the flight for departure," said an airline spokeswoman. "As the passengers had failed to show up on time, we had already offloaded their checked baggage to comply with the security requirements."
The passenger was able to get on a flight just a couple of hours later. We're kinda surprised they let her.
