Joe Francis Behind Bars

RadarOnline.com has learned Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis is still behind bars after spending the night at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles.
Francis was arrested Monday by U.S. marshals after showing up five hours late for a court hearing in his tax evasion case.
Seems the judge didn't buy his excuse that he was late due to the flu.
Francis is accused of failing to pay taxes on more than $20 million in business expenses. The tax trial is due to start in March. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
