"I went to the physical therapist yesterday and I can say that I am feeling better!" the 34 year-old singer blogged on Thursday. "He said if I take time now to heal I will be good to go by next week."
"I hate missing these days, but it's all for the best in the long run," she continued, "because I'm in it for the long haul and I wanna win it."

However, according to People, she also has to contend with a plot being hatched by her rodeo star husband.
"Ty said he thinks his best chance of beating me is if I get pregnant during the show so I would be too tired to dance," Jewel wrote laughingly. "Talk about a strategy! Of course, that would be fine with me if it did happen, so either way would be a win!"
