Jacko Dying... Again?

(Photo: Splash News Online) The UK Sun is reporting that Michael Jackson may have contracted a serious infection that has spread throughout his body.
The 50 year-old singer is said to have contracted a staph infection as a result of new cosmetic surgery on his nose. It is being treated via antibiotics through an IV drip.
"The infection is being aggressively treated by doctors," a source told the paper. "There's a chance it could turn into a flesh-eating disorder where it begins to kill off his skin so he's being very carefully monitored."
