Hornet Getting Buzz

Superhero fans were more than a little concerned when funnymen Seth Rogen and Stephen Chow were signed to star as The Green Hornet and his sidekick Kato in the upcoming film.
The choice of directors has calmed fears that the venerable hero of radio, TV, and comic books would be turned into a send-up.
Variety reports that Michel Gondry, who made Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind will run the show, a choice that clearly hopes to give the masked crimefighter a grim, psychological Dark Knight slant.
