DANCING JUDGE WALTZING SOLO

Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Anne Inaba has split from her boyfriend Artem Chigvintsev.   

Inaba tells People the couple broke up in November after  both  realized that the other was not "the one".

Inaba calls the breakup amicable and praises her ex for being "a fine gentleman".  She says, "I have never gone out with somebody that grounded, always ready to talk it out. I'm very happy for him and the success he's having."
