Britney Spears Showdown In Court
Feb. 23 2009, Published 12:52 p.m. ET
Expect explosive fireworks in a Los Angeles courtroom this morning as the restraining orders that Britney Spears' dad Jamie Spears filed against Adnan Ghalib, Sam Lutfi, and Jon Eardley will be heard by Commissioner Reva Goetz. Commissioner Goetz will be deciding whether to make the restraining orders permanent, or reject them all together, although that seems very unlikely.
Sources close to Britney tell RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Britney won't be in court this morning. She is focusing on her upcoming tour and doesn't need to be there as there is enough overwhelming evidence for the commissioner to review without her being there." Another source tells us that it's unknown whether Lutfi, Ghalib or Eardley will be there.
