Ubisoft is starting the new year with a new slew of games.
The list of franchise games includes Assassin's Creed 2, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon and Anno.
There are also 3 new brands, one of them being the disaster survival game I Am Alive, as well as 4 movie tie-ins, such as one based on James Cameron's upcoming science fiction flick Avatar and a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game.
"2009-10 looks very promising and our teams are working flat-out to provide gamers with the best the industry has to offer," Yves Guillemot, president of Ubisoft, tells kotaku.com.
Echoing the sentiments of many, Guillemot is cautiously optimistic that despite the bad economy, the videogame industry will continue to grow.
